If you choose to have us complete the service we waive the diagnosis fee, and the rate is only $149* for the majority of our computer services/repairs. The most we ever charge is $249* for a service, and this occurs only on rare occasions when a computer is suffering from multiple issues and/or needs a complete Windows reinstall or Hardware replacement... Less than 1% of our service calls result in a full Windows reinstall.
