The balance will be due and payable in
full directly to the support technician
when the service is completed.

Deposit
Refund: Your deposit will be
fully refunded if you cancel your
appointment with at least 24 hours
notice. If you fail to give 24 hours
notice,
or are not home when the technician
arrives, you will forfeit the deposit.
On the other hand,
if for any reason your technician has to
cancel your appointment
with less than
24 hours
notice, you will receive an automatic
discount of 15% from
the quoted price for your rescheduled
appointment. If you do not want to
reschedule
and were given less than 24 hours
notice, you will have your deposit fully
refunded.

technician fails to arrive within the
scheduled arrival window you will
automatically receive a
